3.3 Data from Third-Party Tools
- Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — we use the Meta Pixel (ID: 1428250938944939) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel collects information about your interactions with our website (pages viewed, forms submitted) and may set cookies on your device. This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their own privacy policy. You can opt out of Meta's data collection at facebook.com/settings.

- XITC (sister brand) — if your enquiry involves B2B travel services that are better handled by our XITC brand, we may share your data with the XITC team within El Mirai Pvt Ltd. You will be informed if this occurs.

- Enquiry data — retained for 3 years from the date of your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion.
- Booking data — retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
- Analytics data — aggregated and anonymised; no individual-level data is retained beyond 13 months.
- Account data — retained until you delete your account or request erasure.
